Dear All, Please be aware that the Clubs AGM will take place on Tuesday November 3rd at the NEW Great Horksley Village Hall starting at 7:30pm I don’t think we need to tell you how important this AGM is and will define the future of the clubs history and beyond. So the committee implore you to make EVERY effort to attend and have a say in this future. There are several key and important roles that require filling if this club is to have any future what so ever. The positions that we are requiring to fill are as follows; • Chairman • Vice Chairman • Two Counties Div 8 Captain • Two Counties Div 8 Vice-Captain • Groundsman Without these positions filled there is no club, and no club means no cricket! Previous AGMs we have had a very VERY poor turnout considering our membership size, no more than 8 people on occasion considering we have an membership of over 70+ who are able to vote. This must not happen again!! It is up to the membership to decide whether or not BOXTED CRICKET CLUB survives. It is now down to the membership to unite and push this club forward by turning out at this AGM on the 3rd November at 7:30pm The club doesn't often ask for much from its members, but this time the club needs its members like never before, Please turn up to your AGM, Please come and have your say, Please make a difference wherever you can.
