Dear All,
Further to my earlier e mail asking you to hold the date ,please find attached the menu for this event .
As you know it's a new venue for the club and they have a great function room for our personal use , so no distractions as we have sometimes had in the past .
Can you please e mail me your menu choices as soon as possible , making a clear distinction as to who is having what amongst family groups .
I have arranged for "Soup of the Day " to be vegetable soup , just in case nobody likes a suprise ! If there are any particular dietary requests, please let me know and I will do my best to get these accommodated .
As far as possible I would like to collect the funds prior to the event and , preferably ,for this to be done by electronic transfer to make our Treasurer , Mike Dell , job a little easier .
