Here is something worth voting for and more exciting than a local election.
Please may I have your nominations for the Jack Petchey Awards and a brief reason why you are nominating them.
The nominees will need to be ages between 11 & 24 and haven`t won the award with Boxted Cricket Club before, all past winners are listed on the Club`s website. Should those you are voting for (you can nominate two) have already won a JP award with another sports club or their school this will be okay as they can win a Jack Petchey award with another organisation.
The nominations should come from the children themselves but I`m happy to take votes from Coaches, Captains, Team Managers, Parents, Volunteer Helpers, Past Winners & Committee Members.
You can nominate by emailing me direct or using the Jack Petchey nomination box at Saturday morning training, votes will need to be in by 23rd June. More information about the JP awards scheme is available on the Club`s website.
