Welcome to the Boxted Cricket Club Website
We are a village club playing our cricket just a couple of miles north of Britain’s oldest recorded town of Colchester in the county of Essex.
We run four senior teams;
- Our 1st and 2nd teams play in the Two Counties League on Saturdays;
- The Sunday XI playing in the Two Counties Sunday division;
- A Midweek XI playing in the Colchester Evening League.
In addition, we have a thriving junior section playing competitive league cricket at several age levels. As well as plenty of Kwik Cricket for youngsters at school years six and below.
Our overall playing strength covers a wide range of abilities and we are always very keen to receive enquiries from potential new members of any playing standard.
