Dear All,
Further to my recent e mail, please find attached the menu for our annual dinner.
I would love to see as many people as possible , so I look forward to receiving your
menu choices in the near future . Please make a clear distinction as to who is having
what amongst family members .
Currently "soup of the day " is not designated, but I think vegetable is the least
controversial choice ,so take that as read.
As per usual I would like to arrange for payment prior to the event .
Preferably can you transfer the funds to the Boxted CC Account and please give
your name as a reference so that our Treasurer, Mike Dell, can track who has paid .

One final point, there were a couple of stray e mails last year , which left me with
a last minute surprise or two on numbers, so please don't assume anything until I
